**Evening group and individual babysitting will be offered at an optional extra cost. Evening functions are child friendly but end late so parents of younger children may opt for this.
***All packages provide for optional return airport transfers to and from Gold Coast or Brisbane Airports at nominated times (must be pre-booked via MDDA)
****Breakfast is only included on the Saturday and Sunday and is included as a group MDDA function provided for all guests that also book their accommodation via MDDA.
Registration packages (accompanied with at least 1 adult) are all inclusive of the following:
- Fully catered delicious regular and low protein meals (from Friday lunch through to Sunday afternoon tea)
- Group airport transfers from Gold Coast or Brisbane airports (specified time Friday & Sunday - pre-bookings essential)
- Free onsite parking (not valet parking)
- Plus, all the fun (age appropriate) activities, kids club and educational sessions that will take place across the weekend
- Infants under 5 years old have the option to register for our daytime creche program or provide their own carer. Creche bookings must be done in advance at least 2 weeks out from the event to secure appropriate creche staff.
Nb. Refreshments are provided with all meals incl. water, juice, soft drinks, coffee & tea. Other beverages (including alcoholic) are at your own cost.
