InterContinential Sanctuary Cove
Two room configurations are available to best suit various family sizes and preferences.
· Twin Rooms (two double beds with optional cot)
· King Rooms (one king size bed with optional cot or rollaway bed for $75 pn extra charge)
Maximum room occupancy limitations apply as follows:
· 1 Adult (solo) + up to 3 Teens or Children 4-17yrs + 1 Child/Infant <4 yrs (in cot)
· 2 Adults (sharing) + up to 2 Teens or Children 4-17yrs + 1 Child/Infant <4 yrs (in cot)
· 3 Adults (sharing) + 1 Teen/Child 4-17yrs + 1 Child/Infant <4 yrs (in cot)
All costs are based on using existing bedding configurations, so if extra beds/rooms are required you should consider an extra rollaway bed (only suitable for king rooms) or book an additional adjoining room (at additional cost). If you are traveling solo, we are happy to arrange a shared room for you with another MDDA guest to reduce your cost.
Accommodation rooms booked via MDDA will be allocated to our priority rooms and receive the MDDA discounted rate.
Breakfast is included with these room bookings just on the Saturday and Sunday mornings as part of MDDA’s group booking rate.
Extension nights can be booked at the discounted MDDA rate for 3 days pre (8th, 9th and 10th November) and 3 days post (15th, 16th, 17th November) event dates. For extension bookings beyond these dates please enquire with MDDA and we will see what we can negotiate for you.
Breakfast is NOT included on extending nights and will instead be charged by the hotel on consumption of $37 per adult and $28 per child (aged 4-11 and free under 4) per extension date if you wish to have breakfast at the hotel. Alternatively there are many places at the nearby Marina where breakfast can be had.
Cots are provided complimentary however have to be booked at time of registration.
Rollaway beds are available at a cost of $75 per night and only suitable in a King room.
MDDA will do their absolute best to accommodate all interconnecting rooms (rooms side by side) requested if available from the hotel.
Please note: The hotel is fully booked on Wednesday 11th November other than a small allocation of rooms MDDA has set aside. If looking to extend, we recommend you consider doing post event, otherwise you will need to stay elsewhere if requiring accom on this night.

STANDARD ROOM Garden View
King Room or Double Twin Rooms

With fresh, contemporary décor blending indoor with outdoor, 37sqm rooms feature a spaciously-appointed Retreat complete with the following:

- Spacious bathroom with a deep bathtub and separate shower
- Dedicated work zone with WiFi and iPod docking station
- Siding shutters with private, furnished balcony
- Polished wooden parquetry floors, air-conditioning and TV
- No interconnecting rooms are available with this room type however MDDA will do their best to ensure rooms are side by side if requested at time of booking.
Room cost is $295.00 per room per night. Mid week extenstions from $270 per room per night.
Lagoon View
King or Double Twin Rooms
From our Lagoon View Room's fully-furnished private balcony, take in luxurious water views across the resort's iconic on-acre lagoon beach and beyond to the Gold Coast's Coomera River. Appointed over a spacious 37sqms, your lagoon-side oasis presents the following:
- Contemporary king bed or two double bed's with gold-studded headboard and luxe linen bedding
- Spacious bathroom with a deep bathtub and separate shower
- Dedicated work zone with WiFi and iPod docking station
- Siding shutters with private, furnished balcony
- Polished wooden parquetry floors, air-conditioning and TV
- Lagoon View rooms can interconnect with lagoon King rooms and Lagoon Double Rooms. But must be requested at time of booking and can’t be guaranteed.
Room cost is $335.00 per room per night. Mid week extenstions from $310 per room per night.
Club Marina
King or Double Twin Rooms
Welcome the natural beauty of the Sanctuary Cove Marine Village from our collection of Marina View rooms. Each 39sqm recently-renovated room is complete with its own private balcony allowing you to relax in the Queensland sun overlooking the yacht-dotted water, along with:

Queenslander Suite
Recently-refurbished, this 66sqm open-plan suite features a sun-soaked lounge and dining area leading out onto your own private balcony, with views across the resort's tropical garden.
With lush flora views as your backdrop, discover a dedicated work zone, contemporary king bed, spacious bathroom facilities complete with a deep bathtub and separate shower, conditioning and wide-screen TV. The spacious Suite is suitable for two adults.

- One bedroom with one King Bed
- Living area contains one pull out sofa bed for two people
